Email, Text Communication & E-Statements
Email and Text Communication
We understand that our patients are often at work in front of their computers or “on the go.” That is why we welcome appointment requests or general questions via email. This allows patients to contacts us whenever the thought strikes them (even at 2 am!). We check the office email frequently throughout the day and will often return emails within minutes.
Some of our patients prefer that we confirm their appointments by texting them directly. Thanks to today’s technology, we can do that for you as well.
E-Statements
Many of our patients have transitioned to electronic bill paying through their online banks. In an effort to cut back on “paper mail”, some patients prefer to receive their dental statements via email as well. We are happy to accommodate that request.
